Regarding nominated characters who are present in the tagset not showing up in the dropdown menus for characters in the signup form: this is a known bug. There's not really anything I can do about it other than posting the work around on here.

To get around the bug, you can copy and paste the character name from the tagset (making sure to keep it exactly the form it is there) into the signup form. It will still go through - if it starts giving you an error message about the character not being in the tagset, let me know, but as long as it's the name from the tagset it should work.

So far I know it's affecting characters under:

• Greek & Roman Mythology
• Queen's Thief

Since the signup summary is broke for almost all participants in almost all exchanges at the moment, I will try to keep an updated version on the comm, starting around 4 am UTC today (as long as there's enough signups by then). Expect updates twice a day or so, more when I can. Signup summary on comm is now here.

Important Info:

- Matching is OR. Your writer/artist will match on at least one character/group tag and one freeform (art or fic) tag in the fandom - it's possible they'll match on more, but that's all that's guaranteed.

- For requests, you must have a minimum of 3 distinct fandoms, with at least one character tag and one freeform tag per request. You may request up to 10 fandoms, with up to 20 characters per fandom and up to 2 media type freeforms.

- For offers, you must have a minimum of 4 distinct fandoms, with at least one character tag and one freeform tag per offer. You may offer up to 10 fandoms, with up to 20 characters per fandom and up to 2 media type freeforms.

- As long as you meet the minimum number of fandoms, your additional requests/offers may be different fandoms or the same ones. For example, you want to have 7 request slots of Star Wars: Rebels characters with different DNWs/media type freeforms/characters? That's fine, as long as you have two additional fandoms as well.

- DNWs must be included in the request description on Ao3 to be enforced.

- Letters may be linked, but are not required.

Have fun, everyone! It's been great seeing all the characters nommed, and I'm sure signups are going to be as interesting to see. :D

ETA: Mod signup is not for real, just an experiment to figure out things when they go wrong.

In this case, some characters are not showing up in the menu after a fandom is put in, even though they're in the tagset. It will still work and let you sign up if you copy and paste exactly what is in the tagset into the character field.

I have no idea why some aren't showing up (if anybody does, please let me know, especially if I can fix it).
