The mod team will be back next year with a similar schedule, with noms at the end of May-ish and author reveals beginning of August-ish. The schedule will be posted in April.

Signups have closed and matching is running. Matching and assignment generation have, in fact, been running for over half an hour, which is much longer than an exchange of our size usually needs. We'll get AO3 support involved and have assignments out as soon as possible, but it will be at least a few hours - more, if anyone is unmatchable. We'll keep you updated!

Important Reminders:
- Some fandoms may be in the "Uncategorized Fandoms" section of the tagset

- Characters don't always autofill due to an AO3 bug, and if they don't, copy-paste them from the tagset into your signup

- Matching is OR. Your writer/artist will match on at least one character/group tag and one media type (art or fic) tag in the fandom - it's possible they'll match on more, but that's all that's guaranteed.

- For requests, you must have a minimum of 3 distinct fandoms, with at least one character tag and one media type tag per request. You may request up to 10 fandoms, with up to 10 characters per fandom and up to 2 media types.

- For offers, you must have a minimum of 4 distinct fandoms, with at least one character tag and one media type tag per offer. You may offer up to 10 fandoms, with up to 10 characters per fandom and up to 2 media types.

- DNWs must be included in the request description on AO3 to be enforced. DNWs that attempt to railroad your creator into creating only one specific gift or that are unreasonably vague will not be enforced.

- Letters may be linked, but are not required.

- Signups close Tuesday 21 June at 23:59 Pacific time. See the countdown here.
