Kate Austen & Cassidy Phillips - I’d love a missing scene from their time together in Kate’s flashback, or her various visits to Albuquerque. Or what about a long-distance friendship where they keep in touch while Kate’s on the run? Did Cassidy send that letter about Diane’s cancer? Or you could go the canon-divergent route and have them go on the run together instead of parting ways.
Charlotte Lewis - Such an underutilized character. I love her attitude, and I wish we’d gotten backstory about her connection to the island and her work as an anthropologist. How was she hired to join the freighter team? How did she get along with the other people on the ship? Give me the Charlotte episode we never got to see!
Eloise Hawking - Eloise is such a tragic character, and it frustrates me that so many fans reduce her to a Bad Mom. (She sacrificed her son to save the world!) I’d love to read something about her navigating motherhood knowing what’s going to happen. Or maybe something that explores how she took over the Lamp Post station from DHARMA?

First of all: I nominated the first trilogy on purpose. I read the second one and liked it just fine, so feel free to set something during or after it if you prefer it, but it’s far from necessary. I’m more attached to the English setting and supporting cast we see there, and am perfectly happy to disregard the second trilogy, if you haven’t read it.

First of all: I ship both of them, so if you want to write femslash about these two, go for it! If you do, I would prefer you just ignore that their canon love interests are their canon love interests– they’re free to show up in fic, though, and I don’t mind the romance being mentioned in gen fic. I really want fic about these two. I really, really loved their friendship and want to see more of it – maybe from Julia’s point of view, for once. I would love to see them work together on a case. I would love to see Julia (and maybe her family) support Elizabeth while she’s on the run. I would love for them to have an argument over something and make up in the end. Maybe they go somewhere with Elizabeth crossdressed, either as part of a case or as a date.

But of course, I’m also interested in seeing what they get up in their own time. How do Julia’s studies go? How did her romance happen? How do her parents react to her being friends with Elizabeth? Maybe she tries to do some sleuthing on her own, without Elizabeth?

As for Elizabeth: What is it like to raise a semi-feral runaway? Something more about her relationship with Farthing, because that really needed a bit more work in canon. A missing scene from The Custodian of Marvels, which I enjoyed the most.
