Star Trek: Alternate Original Series (Movies)
Christine Chapel, Number One, T'Pring - Nominator, do these characters definitely appear in the AOS movies?

Alternate Sam Carter - Nominator, I can think of five alternate Sams off the top of my head, and I'm certain I'm forgetting at least two or three. Please let us know which one(s) you want!

Charlotte Chuhlhourne nominator, Charlotte's listed as a male character on all the reference sites we can find. Are we missing something? If not, we'll reject this at the close of nominations.

DC's Arrowverse
Nominator of Group: Sara Lance and The Canary Network (Arrowverse), we're leaning towards rejecting this as being too broad - we'd find it difficult to confirm that a work actually includes this relationship and our understanding is that the Canaries includes both male and female characters. Would something like Group: Sara Lance and Original Female Canary Character(s) or Group: Sara Lance and Canonical Canary Female Character(s) work? If not, we'll reject this at close of nominations.

DC's Legends of Tomorrow (TV)
We already have DC's Arrowverse in the tagset, and Legends of Tomorrow seems to fall under that umbrella. Please confirm you're okay with us accepting your characters under DC's Arrowverse, or explain why it should be a separate fandom.

Dragon Age - All Media Types

Nominator, we changed "Helga Spellman" to "Hilda Spellman". If you wanted her romance novel pen name, Helga Stillwell, please comment here with evidence showing she's meaningfully distinct from Hilda.

Dragon Age
We have nominations for Dragon Age: Inquisition and Dragon Age: Origins. Our understanding is that the games are in a shared universe - are you happy with all the games being separate, or is it more appropriate to put all characters under Dragon Age (Video Games)?

Fire Emblem Three Houses
If you have unapproved noms, it's because they're duplicates of something already in the tagset. Feel free to change them to something else, if they linger til the end, mods will reject.

Marvel
MCU movies should be nominated under Marvel Cinematic Universe, Marvel Netflix shows should all be nominated under The Defenders (TV), other shows like Agent Carter, Legion, &c should be nominated separately.

I hope everyone got in everything they wanted.

There are currently nominations in 10 or so approved fandoms and 23 unapproved fandoms I need to finish going through in the next few hours. Once I finish those, there will be a post put up with any remaining questions and clarifications on a few.

Noms are open - a bit early because I'm unsure if I'll be on at the planned time, but I assume that's alright with everyone. :P

You get four fandoms and eight characters per fandom for noms. The nomination how to/policies can be seen here, link goes directly to the relevant section of the Rules/FAQ question post. To recap the main points:

- You can nominate single characters and groups
- Nominate all groups with the & symbol, in the format of Group: Character A & Character B
- Crossovers should be nominated under the fandom Crossover Groups, in the format Group: Character A (Fandom A) & Character B (Fandom B)
- Groups can have as many characters as you want, as long as you don't break Ao3's character limit for tags.
- Nominate everything under specific fandoms, not megafandoms. If you're in doubt about how to nominate your fandom, just ask.

This post can be used to ask if a character is eligible, make a justification for why a character is, or ask about how to nominate a fandom.

ETA: If you've nominated prior to this with a format like "Lavender Brown & Parvati Patil", I've edited your nom to add the "Group:" part, since I think the above is a little unclear - to clarify, all group noms need to include "Group:" prior to the characters' names.

When both character tags and relationship tags are nominated on AO3 the only way I can tell them apart on the acceptance screen is that AO3 lists all of the character tags and then all of the relationship tags. Because of that I'm only able to catch groups nominated in the relationship slot occasionally. When I do catch it, I have been manually adding it to the character section myself. When the group tag is formatted correctly but in the incorrect slot I copy and paste the information to the character section and manually add it in. I then have to accept the incorrectly nominated tag while changing the name to something else. If I just reject the tag it will remove the character version from the tagset. I don't want to experiment with accepting it and leaving it as is. So, if you find that I've accepted something but changed it to a message or something silly, your tag is in the tagset. I just needed to accept it with something there to get it off of the que.
