Nominations have closed, thank you to everyone who nominated. Mods have some final approvals & cleaning up to do before signups open on June 10 - see you then!
Just in case you're confused by the "Earth Girl Series - Janet Edwards" nomination which is not a canonical tag but is similar to the canonical "Earth Girl Trilogy - Janet Edwards" tag - I nominated that, as you can see here: https://archiveofourown.org/tag_sets/6938/nominations/200488
The reason for nominating Earth Girl Series rather than Earth Girl Trilogy is that it was canonized as a trilogy - but the author's gone and written multiple novellas, a short story collection or two, and a whole new book is coming out at the end of this month. The Series name fits far better than the Trilogy name, but it hasn't gotten changed on AO3 yet. (I'd be figuring out how to do that but my 'net is such that I often have to reload pages dozens of times to get them to load and so I'm avoiding any task where I'll have to do "poking around" because of how long it'll take, lol.)
Also, I can confirm that Gemelle Tell Feren should be the character's canonical name. She's never listed by that name in the books, but the naming conventions are laid out fairly clearly in the third book of the trilogy, giving enough detail so that a careful reader can figure out her full name from that. I nominated and requested her as such in Yuletide last year.
If you're a fan of the books and this is all unnecessary info, I apologize! But I figured it was enough of a rare fandom that someone who isn't familiar with them might want the extra explanation.
