Date: 2018-05-20 02:56 am (UTC)And yes, the characters can be shipped if both people are down for that - it just isn't required, so if you request shippy fic but the gifter only wants to write non-relationship, they wouldn't have to.
I'll edit the above into the rules now, thanks for pointing that confusion out. :)
