Nominator, wiki suggests Luo Qingyang and Mianmian are the same character. Is this correct?

MDZS: Mianmian is Luo Qingyang's nickname. She's called Mianmian more often than Luo Qingyang, if that helps? (The ao3 canonical for her is Luo "Mianmian" Qingyang, which is awkward but does get the point across.) (not the nominator, just someone invested in MDZS canons)

Eden is a Guardian Force, a spirit that can be summoned to assist in attacks in battle. Similar to Siren and Shiva, who have already been approved for this exchange.

Description form the ff8 wiki: "Eden invokes both heavenly and sci-fi imagery by appearing mechanical but being adorned with angelic feathers and bearing metallic female angel features on its lower body. Eden has a long needle on the bottom with a violet oval on the front. Aside from the female angel motifs on either side of it, within the oval one can make out a woman."
